“Best training experience ever”

Marc did a really good job by facilitating all attendees to learn about Scrum by applying the principles and values which Scrum is built upon. It’s the best training experience I’ve ever had. Also he helped to prepare for the certificate so I was able to pass the exam without issues. I will definetly do the advanced training next!

Feedback like this fuels my training journey and drives my passion to create a meaningful impact with the participants of my trainings.

And – to be honest – it also fulfills my need to be effective: to see the shiny eyes when a crucial question gets answered, a glimpse of inspiration and hope instilled, an idea for an experiment to make progress.

The beauty is, that often it is not the new information learned (often the conceptual understanding is already there) but it is the very concrete practical, tangible and next small step that suddenly clicks – and makes the difference.

I believe that magic happens when students engage with one another. They truly grasp the learning objectives when they simulate real issues they encounter in their workday. When they collaborate in small groups or pairs, they often reach a state of flow. Instead of simply lecturing, I facilitate the learning process through questions, exercises, and concrete examples that demonstrate how to apply the topic.

Everything takes place in a fun and enjoyable setting. A successful training or workshop day involves plenty of laughter, besides all epiphanies. And often concludes with a shared beer at a nearby pub :).

To make it short: I love my job 🙂
